The Geneva Conventions of August 12 1949

Date: August 12 1949

The singular term Geneva Convention usually denotes the agreements of 1949, negotiated in the aftermath of WWII

INTERNATIONAL STANDARDS ON COMBATING MONEY LAUNDERING AND THE FINANCING OF TERRORISM & PROLIFERATION

  • Money laundering methods and techniques change in response to developing counter-measures. In recent years, the Financial Action Task Force (FATF)  has noted increasingly sophisticated combinations of techniques, such as
  • The increased use of legal persons to disguise the true ownership and control of illegal proceeds, and
  •  an increased use of professionals to provide advice and assistance in laundering criminal funds.
  • The revised Forty Recommendations now apply not only to money laundering but also to terrorist financing, and when combined with the Eight Special Recommendations on Terrorist Financing provide an enhanced, comprehensive and consistent framework of measures for combating money laundering and terrorist financing.

Abstract Readings

The Making of a Slave

By: Willie Lynch
Date: 1712

This speech was delivered by Willie Lynch on the bank of the James River in the colony of Virginia in 1712.
Lynch was a British slave owner in the West Indies.
He was invited to the colony of Virginia in 1712 to teach his methods to slave owners there.
The term “lynching” is derived from his last name.
Henty Berry, speaking in the Virginia House of Delegates in 1832, described the situation as it existed in many parts of the South at this time:
“We have, as far as possible, closed every avenue by which light may enter their (the slaves) minds.
If we could extinguish the capacity to see the light, our work would be complete;
they would then be on a level with the beasts of the field and we should be safe.
I am not certain that we would not do it, if we could find out the process and that on the plea of necessity."

Socialism: An Economic and Sociological Analysis

By: Ludwig Von Mises
Published: 1922

About This Title:
“This book must rank as the most devastating analysis of socialism yet penned…
An economic classic in our time.” (Henry Hazlitt).
More than thirty years ago
 F. A. Hayek said of Socialism: “It was a work on political economy in the tradition of the great moral philosophers, a Montesquieu or
Adam Smith, containing both acute knowledge and profound wisdom…
To none of us young men who read the book when it appeared was the world ever the same again.”
This is a newly annotated edition of the classic first published in German in 1922.
It is the definitive refutation of nearly every type of socialism ever devised.
Mises presents a wide-ranging analysis of society, comparing the results of socialist planning with those of free-market capitalism in all areas of life.

A Sampling of  Election Fraud Cases in the U.S.

The United States has a long and unfortunate history of election fraud.
The Heritage Foundation is providing a list of election fraud cases from across the country, broken down by state, where individuals were either convicted of vote fraud, or where a judge overturned the results of an election.
This is not an exhaustive list but simply a sampling that demonstrates the many different ways in which fraud is committed.
Preventing, deterring, and prosecuting such fraud is essential to protecting the integrity of our voting process.

Mechanisms of Fluoride Neurotoxicity

In 2016, the United States National Toxicology Program released its systematic literature review on the effects of fluoride on learning and memory in animal studies and announced that it would embark on new animal sacrifice studies on fluoride neurotoxicity [NTP 2016].
In November 2016, a group of US organizations lodged a formal petition with the USEPA requesting that the agency use its existing powers to order an immediate end to water fluoridation in the United States.
This action was the result of years of preparation and study of the published science that demonstrates, on the weight of evidence, that the risks of harm from addition to public drinking water of toxic industrial fluoride waste from the phosphate fertilizer and other industries far outweigh any perceived benefit.

Tragedy and Hope

By: Carroll Quigley
Published: 1966

An Excerpt From the Preface:
Much more important is the fact that the Cold War, which culminated in the Cuban Missile Crisis of October 1962, began to dwindle toward its end during the next two years, a process which was evident in a number of events, such as the rapid replacement of the Cold War with "Competitive Coexistence"; the disintegration of the two super-blocs which had faced each other during the Cold War; the rise of neutralism, both within the super-blocs and in the buffer fringe third-bloc powers between them; the swamping of the United Nations general Assembly under a flood of newly independent, sometimes microscopic, pseudo-powers;
the growing parallelism of the Soviet Union and the United States; and the growing emphasis in all parts of the world on problems of living standards, of social maladjustments, and of mental health, replacing the previous emphasis on armaments, nuclear tensions, and heavy industrialization.

None Dare Call It Conspiracy

By: Gary Allen
The story you are about to read is true.
The names have not been changed to protect the guilty.
This book may have the effect of changing your life.
After reading this book you will never look at national and world events in the same way again.
None Dare Call It Conspiracy will be a very controversial book. At first it will receive little publicity and those whose plans are exposed in it will try to kill it by the silent treatment.
For reasons that become obvious as you read this book, it will not be reviewed in all the "proper" places or be available on your local bookstand.
However, there is nothing these people can do to stop a grass roots book distributing system. Eventually it will be necessary for the people and organizations named in this book to try to blunt its effect by attacking it or the author. They have a tremendous vested interest in keeping you from discovering what they are doing. And they have the big guns of the mass media at their disposal to fire the barrages at None Dare Call It Conspiracy.
